Add Students to the Class

You have two options for creating the roster for your class. Both require the License Key.

  • Option 1: You enter the students’ names to set up accounts.
  • Option 2: Students enter their own names to set up their account.

If you chose Option 2, you are finished with your Roster setup tasks.

You will be directed to Step 3: Required and Optional Lessons. Instruct students to log in with the License Key as their password and enter a unique name as described in Option 2 of the column on the right.

Step 2: Add Students to the Class: Work Readiness, 10 a.m.

Choose from these two options for entering the student roster for: Work Readiness, 10 a.m.

Option 1: Enter Names to Your Student Roster Now

To enter student names in your roster, you will need a unique username for each student, such as the student’s school email address or a part of the student’s name combined with the school or class name. For example, Alicia Wilson at Sevier High School could have awilson.sevierhs as a username.

Option 2: Students Enter Own Names Later

You can allow students to enter their own names the first time they log in. Instruct them to enter the License Key. They will be prompted to enter a unique username and to create a new password. The unique username might be the student’s school email address or a part of the student’s name combined with the school or class name. For example, Alicia Wilson at Sevier High School could have awilson.sevierhs as a username.
